Hans Hedberg (1917-2007) was born south of Örnsköldsvik. His art ceramics and sculptures are inspired by both the High Coast and the south of France where he was based for more than 50 years. He is internationally recognized as the ceramic fruit grower where apples, pears and the like are his hallmark. As the "master of glazes", Hedberg was able to display endless color variations on his works of art that shine at the viewer even today.
