Terms of purchase
Galleri Melefors is part of Melefors Invest AB (org.nr. 556614-0900). Gallery Melefors and melefors.com referred to below as "melefors.com"or "we".
The following general terms and conditions of purchase (“Terms of Purchase”) apply to all orders and purchases of products made by a customer via Galleri Melefors (“Webshop”). By approving and completing a purchase in the Webshop, you also accept these Terms of Purchase.
Galleri Melefors reserves the right to change the Terms of Purchase at any time, without prior notice to you. The version of the Terms of Purchase that you accept when placing your order applies to your purchase.
Buy via melefors.com covered by the Consumer Sales Act (1990:932) and the Act (2005:59) on distance contracts and contracts outside business premises.

Generally
Shipping costs may apply depending on the shipping option selected at checkout. The total price including VAT is displayed in the shopping cart and at checkout after any discounts have been deducted.
melefors.com reserves the right to make changes to prices and assortment from time to time. The applicable price and assortment are always those stated at the time of order. In the event of a final sale, this will be stated at the latest in the order confirmation sent to your email after the order has been placed.
Ordering
You must be over 18 years old to shop at melefors.com.
A purchase agreement is only reached when melefors.com sent an order confirmation to the email address you provided at checkout. An order confirmation will be sent to your email as soon as possible after your order has been registered with melefors.com. Always check your order confirmation to ensure that your order is correct. If something is not correct in the order confirmation, please contact kontakt@melefors.com as soon as possible.
Payment
You complete an order by clicking “Complete Purchase” at checkout. If you have received a discount code, you can enter this code at checkout before completing your purchase. It is not possible to combine discount codes with other discounts or multiple discount codes.
The checkout displays information about which payment methods are available to you at the time of purchase. By placing an order in the webshop, you agree that melefors.com transfers its receivables to Klarna AB via the Klarna Checkout payment solution. In order for Klarna to be able to identify you, you fill in your email address and postal code, among other things. Sometimes a personal identification number and mobile phone number are also requested. What information you need to provide and which payment methods are offered may vary from time to time. Klarna may also take a credit report on you. If Klarna chooses to take a credit report on you, this information will not be visible to anyone else who requests a credit report on you and your creditworthiness will not be affected. Klarna will also send you a copy of the credit report by post.
On melefors.com There are several payment methods to choose from:
- Klarna Invoice
Payment must be made within 14 days to the Nordea account stated on the invoice. The invoice will be sent by email when your order has left our warehouse. This means you do not need to pay before you have received your order. You can also download your invoices at www.klarna.seTo order with payment via invoice, you must provide your full social security number.If you do not wish to provide your personal identification number or if Klarna rejects your request, you have the option of choosing one of the other payment methods presented at checkout. Delivery against invoice will only be made to the address where you are registered. In the event of late payment, Klarna will charge a reminder fee, currently SEK 60, as well as late payment interest of 24% plus the applicable reference interest rate.
- Klarna Account
With this payment method, you can choose to pay a certain amount in installments each month. Choose the amount you wish to pay in installments each month, but at least one twenty-fourth (1/24) of the total amount or SEK 50 including the handling fee. If you have more than one installment purchase with Klarna, they will be combined on one and the same monthly invoice for you. Klarna Konto has 19.9% annual interest and SEK 29 in handling fee but SEK 0 in setup fee. You can easily end your installment payment whenever you want by depositing the remaining amount.
- Short
Pay with your VISA, MasterCard or American Express and the amount will be deducted directly from your account at the time of purchase. All card information is encrypted according to current standards and regulations and melefors.com does not handle or store any card information. Klarna is certified according to the PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard).
- Bank transfer via internet banking
If you are a customer of Handelsbanken, Nordea, SEB or Swedbank, you can pay directly from your internet bank. At checkout you will be sent to your internet bank where you log in and approve the transaction, the amount will then be deducted from your account.
- Direct payment via Mobile BankID
Pay directly from your bank account by approving with Mobile BankID. The amount will be deducted from your account when you have approved the transaction on your mobile phone.
