Christian Koivumaa is a watercolor artist with roots in Tornedalen and now active in Katrineholm in Södermanland. With a sure hand, he depicts beautiful light and fairy-tale atmospheres in his watercolor paintings, often with the different playful shapes of the peculiar Nordic light as a common thread. We viewers are invited to wander for a moment in wonder among the city's warming streets and under the play of light of the northern lights over the northern mountain regions.
