Shipping policy
Delivery terms - Sweden
When you shop with us, VAT and free shipping are always included in the stated price. We deliver all products and accessories free of charge within Sweden, in collaboration with forwarders such as Bring Express, Posten and Schenker. Please note that, except for Gotland, we cannot deliver to addresses that require boat transport within Sweden.
Delivery terms - International
For international deliveries, please contact us. We deliver both within and outside the EU but on request.
Forwarders
The delivery time is normally about 2–7 working days, depending on whether the product is in our central warehouse or if it is ordered on request directly from the supplier's warehouse. We always do everything we can to meet the estimated delivery time, so that you receive your products as quickly as possible. Sometimes, however, it can take a little longer than estimated, if, for example, we have to wait for delivery from the supplier. However, we will deliver your order as soon as we can. Please note that as a customer, you must always be able to show identification when handing over/delivering the products.
Delivery confirmation
Once we have received your order, you will receive an order confirmation from us via email. You will also receive an email with delivery confirmation when the product(s) leave our warehouse.
Transport damage
If any damage occurs during transport, please report the damage to our customer service via email or telephone. We follow the guidelines of the Swedish Consumer Agency and the report must be made within a reasonable time after the buyer has noticed or should have noticed the defect. It is therefore important that you unpack and inspect your products carefully. For companies, the report of damage in transport must be received within seven days.
In order for the matter to be processed as quickly as possible, we ask that you keep the product's packaging so that it can be inspected. Depending on the extent of the damage, a replacement, repair or price reduction will be made.
Free shipping – Larger products
Larger products are normally delivered by Bring Express throughout Sweden. When the product(s) have arrived at Bring Express, you will be notified by phone of the delivery day and time window. Bring Express also notifies you about 30 minutes before delivery to ensure that you are at home. Delivery takes place on weekdays, normally between 08:00 and 21:00. The products are delivered to the gate if you live in an apartment and to the property line if you live in a house, or as close to the gate or property line as a truck can drive. Please note that it is up to the freight forwarder to suggest a time for delivery and that the time suggestion will consist of an interval of 3 hours (for example 08:00–11:00).
Free shipping - Smaller products
Smaller products, such as: table lamps, sofa cushions, blankets, are delivered by Posten to your nearest Post Office. When the package arrives at the office, an SMS is sent out stating that your package is ready for pickup. If you have not provided a mobile number, you will instead receive a letter that includes a reference number and instructions on where to pick up the package.
Pick up in store
If you are unable to be at home and meet the shipping company's delivery times, you can select Pick up yourself as the delivery method at checkout. Then you can pick up your products yourself from one of our stores at a time that suits you.
When you choose Pick up in store, you pay for your products with your desired payment method in the webshop checkout. After your order has been received, the products are shipped internally from our central warehouse to the desired store. In the order confirmation there is a link where you select the desired store. Please note that we will send you an email and an SMS as soon as the products are produced and ready for collection, so that you do not have to go out unnecessarily.Please note that the order will be returned to our central warehouse 14 days after you receive the first notification. Our store finder is open weekdays between 10:00 and 18:00.
Refund Policy
Right of withdrawal - according to the Distance Contracts Act
As a customer, you always have a 14-day right of withdrawal according to the Distance Contracts Act. This means that if you buy a product by mail order or via telephone, TV shop or Internet, you have the opportunity to cancel the purchase within 14 days. The cancellation period begins on the day you receive the product. Keep in mind that you can only cancel the purchase of sealed consumer goods, such as DVDs, toys, etc., if the seal is unbroken.

If you cancel your purchase and return a product to us, we will refund your purchase amount within 10 days at the latest. As a customer, you are responsible for any return shipping, and the returned product must always be returned in a substantially unchanged condition and in the original packaging with the associated packaging. The consumer is responsible for the risk of return shipping; this risk includes, among other things, that the product is damaged or lost during shipping. Companies are not entitled to return a product if the product packaging has been opened.
Warranty and right of complaint - according to the Consumer Sales Act
We sell all products with a 1-year warranty and a 3-year right of complaint according to the Consumer Purchase Act. All warranties apply in Sweden.
The product warranty only covers original defects, d.v.s. defects that were present in the product upon delivery. The product warranty does not apply to defects that occur during or after personal changes to the product's function and appearance, such as rebuilding, upgrading or other configuration of the product.
If there is a defect in a product you have purchased, you may, according to the Consumer Sales Act, have the right to demand free repair, redelivery of a new, faultless product, or to cancel the purchase and get your money back.

Your order confirmation or receipt serves as proof of warranty. Keep the document safe as it is required if you need to exercise your warranty rights.
Please note that different rules apply to companies for warranty and right of complaint. When purchasing, companies only receive the warranty rights provided by the supplier, where the warranty period may vary between different suppliers. Companies also do not have any right of complaint in addition to their warranty rights from the supplier.
