Shipping policy

Delivery terms - Sweden

When you shop with us, VAT and free shipping are always included in the stated price. We deliver all products and accessories free of charge within Sweden, in cooperation with forwarders such as Bring Express, Posten and Schenker. Note that, apart from Gotland, we cannot deliver to addresses that require boat transport within Sweden.

Delivery terms - International

For international deliveries, contact us. We deliver both within and outside the EU but on request.


Forwarders

The delivery time is normally approx. 2–7 working days, depending on whether the product is in our central warehouse or if it is ordered on request directly from the supplier's warehouse. We always do everything we can to keep the estimated delivery time, so that you get your products home as quickly as possible. Sometimes, however, it can take a little longer than expected, if, for example, we have to wait for delivery from the supplier. But we deliver your order as soon as we can. Keep in mind that you as a customer must always be able to show identification when handing out/delivery of the products.


Delivery confirmation

When we have received your order, you will receive an order confirmation from us via e-mail. You will also receive an e-mail with delivery confirmation in connection with the product(s) leaving our warehouse.


Transport damage

If a transport damage should occur, we ask you to report the damage to our customer service via e-mail or telephone. We follow the Swedish Consumer Agency's guidelines and the notification must be made within a reasonable time after the buyer noticed or should have noticed the error. It is therefore important that you unpack and inspect your products carefully. For companies, the notification of transport damage must be received within seven days.

In order for the case to be handled as quickly as possible, we ask you to keep the product's packaging so that it can be inspected. Depending on the extent of the damage, redelivery, remedial action or price reduction will be carried out.

Free shipping - Larger products

Larger products are normally delivered with Bring Express throughout Sweden. When the product(s) have arrived at Bring Express, you will be notified by phone of the delivery date and time window. Bring Express also notifies you about 30 minutes before delivery to ensure that you are at home. Delivery takes place on weekdays, normally between 08.00 and 21.00. The products are delivered to the gate if you live in an apartment and to the plot boundary if you live in a house, or as close to the gate or plot boundary as a truck can drive. Please note that it is up to the forwarder to propose a time for delivery and that the proposed time will consist of an interval of 3 hours (for example, 08:00-11:00).


Free shipping - Smaller products

Smaller products, such as: table lamps, sofa cushions, blankets, are delivered using Posten to your nearest Post Office. When the package has arrived at the agent, an SMS is sent out that your package is ready for collection. If you have not provided a mobile number, you will instead receive a letter that includes a reference number and instructions on where to pick up the package.


Pick up yourself in store

If you are unable to be at home and fit the forwarders' delivery times, you can choose Pick up yourself as the delivery method at checkout. Then you pick up your products yourself in one of our stores when it suits you.

When you choose Pick up yourself in store, you pay for your products with the desired payment method in the online shop's checkout. After your order has been received, the products are sent internally from our central warehouse to the desired store. In the order confirmation there is a link where you select the desired store.Please note that we will send you an e-mail and an SMS as soon as the products are produced and ready for collection, so that you do not go out unnecessarily. Please note that the order returns to our central warehouse 14 days after you receive the first notification. Our stores are open weekdays between 10 a.m. and 6 p.m. This means that if you buy an item by mail order or via telephone, TV shop or Internet, you have the opportunity to cancel the purchase within 14 days. The cancellation period starts from the day you received the item. Keep in mind that you can only undo the purchase of sealed consumables, such as DVD movies, toys, etc., if the seal is unbroken. right of withdrawal

If you cancel your purchase and send a product back to us, we will refund your purchase amount within 10 days at the latest. As a customer, you pay any return shipping yourself, and returned product must always be returned in essentially unchanged condition and in original packaging with associated packaging. The consumer is responsible for the risk of return shipping; this risk includes, among other things, that the product is damaged or lost during shipping. Companies do not have the right to return a product if the product packaging has been opened.

Warranty and right of complaint - according to the Consumer Purchase Act

We sell all products with a 1-year warranty and 3-year right of complaint according to the Consumer Purchase Act. All warranties apply in Sweden.

The product warranty only covers original faults, d.v.s. defects that were present in the product upon delivery. The product warranty does not apply to defects that occur during or after your own changes to the product's function and appearance, such as rebuilding, upgrading or other configuration of the product.

If there is a fault with a product you have purchased, you may, according to the Consumer Purchase Act, have the right to demand free repair, redelivery of a new fault-free product or to cancel the purchase and receive money. back.

Your order confirmation or receipt is valid as proof of warranty. Keep the document well because the document is required if you need to use the warranty right.


Please note that different rules for warranty and complaint rights apply to companies. When purchasing, companies only receive the warranty right given by the supplier, where the warranty period can vary between different suppliers. Companies also do not have any claim rights in addition to their warranty rights from the supplier.
