Johan Krouthén
Johan Krouthen, Swedish artist born in 1858 in Linköping, died in 1932. Krouthén is considered one of the first plein air painters in Sweden. He was a portrait painter of the highest class and a sunshine painter. Where sunny garden scenes with blooming fruit trees and landscapes give a taste of the idyllic. Johan Krouthén is represented at the Norrköping Art Museum and the Gothenburg Art Museum.
