Johan Krouthén
Johan Krouthen, Swedish artist born in 1858 in Linköping and died in 1932, is considered one of the first plein air painters in Sweden. He was also a portrait painter of the highest class and a prominent sunshine painter, whose sunny garden scenes with flowering fruit trees and landscapes capture the idyll of Swedish nature. Johan Krouthén is represented at the Norrköping Art Museum and the Gothenburg Art Museum.
Upcoming Exhibitions
Art is best experienced live. Openings are arranged at the gallery approximately once a month, all year round. Here you can experience a wide selection that alternates between contemporary art, where the artist himself is often present, and classic or modern collections.
