Birgitte Söndergaard is a self-taught artist from Vänersborg who paints in oil, pastel and watercolor with an expressive and sometimes abstract style. She also works with sculpture and installation art. Söndergaard has had several separate and collective exhibitions in Sweden and Europe, including at the Louvre in Paris, and her work is in both public and private collections internationally.
