Erik Tryggelin
Erik Tryggelin artist (1878 - 1962) After studying at the academy in Stockholm and Paris, he established himself as a painter with art of urban motifs, often from Vadstena, and figure scenes as a specialty in a style that was more closely linked to 19th century plein air painting than to the contemporary art movements of a more expressionist nature. Erik is one of Sweden's most accredited artists.
Erik Tryggelin is represented at the National Museum and the City Museum in Stockholm.
Upcoming Exhibitions
Art is best experienced live. Openings are arranged at the gallery approximately once a month, all year round. Here you can experience a wide selection that alternates between contemporary art, where the artist himself is often present, and classic or modern collections.
