Paco Raphaels (b. The Hague, 1975) artistry has taken him around the world from his hometown The Hague. With solo exhibitions in New York, international fairs (including Art Basel, Miami) and representation in over 20 countries, Paco Raphael has made his international breakthrough in recent years. His creation combines image and material to an unexpected vulnerability. Form, color and symbolism complement each other and link humans with nature and the urban. The existing image or object is a starting point, a blank canvas, for what can become. It is with great pleasure that we welcome Paco Raphael to Sweden!
