Uno Vallman (1913–2004) was a Swedish painter and one of the most prominent representatives of Swedish modernism. He studied at the Royal Academy of Fine Arts in Stockholm and developed a colorful and playful style early on that combined abstraction with figurative elements. Vallman was a member of the influential artist group 1947 års män, along with Lennart Rodhe and Olle Bonniér, which helped shape post-war modern art in Sweden.
His art is characterized by strong colors, rhythmic forms and a vibrant energy that reflects both spontaneity and control. Vallman's works are represented in several Swedish museums and collections, and his unique expression continues to fascinate art lovers to this day.
