Johanna Elbe (b.1984) is originally from Gislaved and moved to Växjö to study visual arts and mathematics at university (2003-2008). She is a licensed art teacher at upper secondary level and a board member of Växjö Konstrunda. In February 2023 she was named artist of the month by the Swedish Artists' Association and has exhibited at places such as Carrousel du Louvre in Paris and Artexpo New York.
Inspired by the beauty of nature, Johanna Elbe strives to find the sublime in her creations – to lift the soul and create a sense of wonder. Her abstract art presents the majesty of nature with subtle color choices and discrete textures, with each work providing a peaceful refuge from the superficiality of everyday life. In the process, each painting is completed with a poem to add another dimension to the viewer's experience.
The "Bauer Collection" series is an abstract interpretation of Swedish nature and is rooted in the mystery of the troll forest - a tribute to one of our most beloved Swedish artists. Take a deep breath and dream away in art.. There is a natural magic here that attracts the child's mind and imagination, while at the same time it gives peace in just being.

Johan Melefors, born 1971, founder and CEO of Galleri Melefors grew up in a family that is the third generation in the auction and antique industry. Already while growing up, Johan developed an interest in art and since the early 1990s has collected and traded in classic, modern and contemporary konst.Galleri Melefors in Linköping, he started in 2013 when he moved home from Stockholm to his hometown of Linköping, which he then thought lacked an art shop and a gallery with a wide range of established collector's art and a well-thought-out and future-interesting contemporary catalog to view.
