Ewa-Mari Johansson

Ewa-Mari Johansson changed career to photography after her success as a model in the 70s. During her twenty-five years as a professional photographer in New York and Milan, she has explored the strength of the female body and searched for the soul that hides in a person's expression, and in the rooms where it has been. The photographs become geometric meditations where body and form merge in a play with volumes. Her work has resulted in several different exhibitions that have been mentioned in the international press.
