Gustaf Rudberg (1891–1954) was a Swedish artist and member of the artist group "De Unga" who introduced modernism to Sweden. He studied at the Stockholm Academy of Fine Arts and was later inspired by his travels to France and Italy, where he came into contact with modernist movements. Rudberg is known for his colorful landscapes and portraits, where he combined classical motifs with a modern style, characterized by intense colors and bold shapes. His works often show a sense of light and color that reflects his interest in the changes in nature and the beauty of the landscape.
