Agnetha Sjögren

Agnetha Sjögren playful and imaginative sculptures are sought after by art lovers and animal lovers alike. While the form, posture and attitude of her exquisitely handcrafted and unique dogs bring them to life, Agnetha uses their surfaces to tell vivid stories, each one unique.⁣ Inspired by her love of art, she cites Giacometti, Grayson Perry, Jeff Koons and Andy Warhol among her influences. She is a passionate follower of 20th century cartoonists, especially Tintin's famous creator Hergé.

Born in Sweden and now based in London, Agnetha had a successful career in design consultancy, worked as an interior designer and went on to found her own pioneering design agency. This interdisciplinary background gave her a strong foundation in both art and design, placing quality and sustainability at the heart of her creative thinking.
