This spring, Galleri Melefors presents an exhibition with Nick Alm, recipient of this year's award from the Stina and Sven Wiberg Scholarship Foundation.

The exhibition opens with a preview in the gallery on Sibyllegatan in Stockholm, before continuing to Linköping where the awards ceremony is held and the presentation is in depth.

Alm works with a quiet intensity in figurative oil painting. The figures emerge with precision in the center while the surroundings gently dissolve — a vision that is both focusing and liberating.
