Ulrica Hydman Vallien
Ulrica Hydman-Vallien (1938-2018) was a ceramist and glass and visual artist who trained at art schools and abroad in, among others, the USA, Holland, Mexico & Spain. The career began at Åfors glassworks with mainly ceramics but later switched to glass design. Snakes, wolves and winding snakes are certain characteristics of Hydman-Vallien's art, as well as the playfulness with strong colors.
