With his roots in Örnsköldsvik, the artist Per Julius now lives in southern French Provence. Strongly influenced by the landscape of his upbringing, he constantly returns to it in his creation. Through his paintings at international exhibitions, he has become an ambassador for the natural beauty of the northern Swedish landscape. Per Julius plays with the brush to capture the intense experience of the beauty of the landscape that he depicts in the smallest detail. He conveys his feelings, experiences in nature, captures moods and impressions in a masterful way through the landscape's changing seasons.
