Urban Ore is an artist who lives in Linköping. In the early 2000s, Urban began painting with the very special vegetable linseed oil paint that is used for printing presses. The paint hardens and becomes shiny, almost like car paint. The technique is advanced and the paint is built up layer upon layer with different palette knives. On some of the paintings, Urban also uses Swarowski crystals for effective details. Urban paints when he feels positive tendencies and his driving force lies in creating new works and constantly developing his artistic talent. It is also in the process that he finds his inspiration. Urban Art has a wide international audience that appreciates his paintings.
