Karl Axel Pehrson
Karl Axel Pehrson artist (1921–2005) carried out several monumental decorative commissions in a concrete spirit, before abandoning his non-figurative style in the sixties to devote himself instead to an almost surrealistic painting in flamboyant colors with insects, birds, and lush rainforest as motifs. He has become something of a cult figure for his dynamic composition “Dolphin Movement” in black and white from the early fifties.
Upcoming Exhibitions
Art is best experienced live. Openings are arranged at the gallery approximately once a month, all year round. Here you can experience a wide selection that alternates between contemporary art, where the artist himself is often present, and classic or modern collections.
